French Value Fashion Concept Delivers A Fresh Take On Retail Mix

Over 65 years in the business and originating from one of the world’s leading fashion capitals, French value concept TATI has finally arrived in UAE. Spread across 34,000 square feet, this enormous store offers customers a one-stop solution with everything from fashion for women, men and kids, to household and beauty products and a unique bridal section that is the first of its kind in the region.

Located on Level 1 of City Centre Mirdif, the origin of TATI dates back to the late 1940’s, when Founder Jules Ouaki, a pioneer in the low-cost textile market opened the first Tati store in Paris. Since then the brand has evolved to become one of France’s leading fashion department stores with over 140 stores to date and an ambitious international expansion plan.

Speaking on the occasion of the store’s official launch, CEO of TATI, Emmanuel Deroude said “We are very excited with the launch of our first store in UAE. Dubai and the United Arab Emirates in general are perceived as super-luxury markets. However there is a huge middle class in this area of the world that wants modern goods, but at affordable prices. TATI meets their expectations.”
